I'm going to lose my mother's home

*All of the stories we share here are true but the names have been changed or withdrawn to protect our client's privacy.

Jake called our company frantic because he was on the verge of foreclosure. But it wasn't just any home, it was his mother's house that she had made a home for many years. When she passed, he not only inherited the home, land and trinkets she found invaluable, he also inherited the late mortgage and the bank threatening to take it all away.

We quickly sprung into action since time was not on Jake's side. We met with him, did a walk through of the house and realized that his mother had enough assets to warrant an estate sale. We never promise an estate sale unless we know that we can make a profit for the client. We liquidated his mother's assets and he was able to make enough from the sale to keep his inheritance and bring the payments up to date. That enabled Jake to also sell the home and be free of any debt his mother incurred.

Jake was very grateful he reached out to us and we were happy to help him with his situation.
